Victron Energy Skylla-i remote on-off cable (ASS030550400).

This cable is intended for on/off control of the Skylla-i when the source signal is high when the Skylla-i must be on, and low or free floating when Skylla-i must be off. This cable can for example be used for on-off control of the Skylla-i by the VE.Bus BMS.
